Compilations

Compilations and financial statement preparation are usually requested for internal purposes and are based upon information provided by a company's management. They do not offer assurance, but may involve some adjustment to accounting records.

Agreed-Upon Procedures

An agreed-upon procedures engagement is one in which Williams, Pitts, and Beard, PLLC is engaged by a client to issue a report of findings based on specific procedures that are agreed upon by the client and us to be performed on the subject matter. Our report on agreed-upon procedures will be in the form of procedures and findings.
